About
We are Stephen and Katherine, husband-and-wife portrait photographers. We started taking photos together because it was something we could do together, and it is still the reason we do it.
Approach
We photograph every session together. One of us keeps the room easy while the other works the angles, which means the quiet moments between the posed ones get caught too. It is also why a session with a big family, or a wedding with two rooms getting ready at once, never comes down to choosing which one to be in.
Most people arrive a little nervous and tell us they are not photogenic. That usually lasts about ten minutes. We keep sessions relaxed, unhurried and genuinely fun, because the frames worth keeping are the ones where nobody is bracing for the shutter.
We are based in Ozark, Missouri and photograph across Springfield, Branson, southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas. We like to travel, so if your day is somewhere else, ask us anyway.
